I Am Back !

Thank you my loyal viewers for your patience!
I have been occupied with becoming a Grandmother; and oh! what a wonderful, blessed and most "GRAND" experience it has become!
On May 5, 2011 my daughter gave birth to little Robert William Christensen. I was able to be in San Clemente with her and her husband for this miracle. I have been very busy trying to help. I have bonded with my grandson. When I gaze upon his face, I think of how great is my God!
As I inspect his tiny pea-like toes, and his angel-kissed dimples, his clear blue eyes, and his cherub-like laughter; I thank God for giving our family this gift. I humbly ask God to guide us on how to help Robert become a man after God's heart. Here we have a brand new life, a clean slate so to speak. I know he will never be perfect, and that life will throw many lessons his way. I pray for his salvation, his future wife, and for love to live in his heart. I never knew that my heart contained a secret place for this child. The door to Grandma hood has been unlocked and the love that dwells there is indescribable. To observe your own baby holding her own baby, is divine. You see, my first baby was a little boy born in 1978. He was a still-born baby. I know that my Savior is alive and well aware of all of our broken parts, and YES, He truly does restore "the years the locust have stolen!!" My heart overflows with new life.
I congratulate and respect any of you readers who are Grandmothers! I have a new respect for the privileged title!
